Tomb Raider

....but no Angelina in sight:((

semi-overcast

Couldn't believe our luck waking up to near perfect conditions for visiting and photographing the famous temples, Ta Prohm and Angkor Throm. The umbrellas got left behind as we meandered through the temples including climbs up some very steep stairs to the top of some temples. We were blessed twice this morning, once at the very top of a temple and another by a buddhist monk - our ankles seized up as we knelt down to receive our water blessing.

Ate the local dish today - Amok Chicken - M believes she could live off it. Lemongrass chicken in a mild green curry coconut sauce, served up on one complete coconut shell.

Finished our great day with a boat ride on the moat of Angkor Wat watching the sun go down with a G&T in hand - yes, we drank the whole glass!
