The white of Mykonos

semi-overcast 27 °C

Started off a bit cloudy and humid with the sun not peeping out until towards the end of the day, but still got to experience a little of what Mykonos has to offer. White buildings with both blue and red domes on the 800 tiny churches that dot the island. On the tour, instead of entering the small monastery, Mum and I high tailed it to the nearest bakery. Unfortunately, no baklava to be found (that’s a pastry shop apparently), but we were not disappointed because the very helpful woman in the bakery steered us towards a traditional orange slice which was incredible!
